06.22.2006 PROGNOZ at the International Conference for Global Risk Management Practices and Emerging Markets
PROGNOZ took part in the Third International Conference devoted to financial risk management issues, which was held on June 19-20, 2006 in Sheraton Palace Hotel in Moscow.
The following topics were discussed: risk management in Russia and foreign countries, state regulation processes, comparative analysis of existing practices and methods, market liquidity estimation, and also the issues of risk management in the leading industries of various nations.
In the Market Risks section of the conference Sergey Ivliev, PROGNOZ Director of Public Finance Division, presented on the topic of Forecasting the Dynamics of U.S. Treasuries Interest Rates.
Also our Chinese colleagues, Shi Yanping, professor of the Central University of Finance and Economy (Beijing) and his student Vang Tinting, presented reports on Chinese stock market development.
Within the framework of the conference there was an exhibition where attendees had an opportunity to receive complete information on PROGNOZ’s risk management products.
