Sales Professionals
We offer opportunities for proven sales leaders to develop business within a defined territory, manage existing accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify and develop a large and sustainable pipeline.
- Prepare sales forecasts and report performance.
- Manage long sales cycles that require multiple meetings.
- Work closely with company partners and sub-contractors as needed.
- Conduct presentations at the executive level.
- Lead negotiations and work through contract terms and conditions.
- Closing the sale.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years software or consultative sales experience.
- A minimum of 2 years territory management experience, including managing multiple large accounts.
- Excellent Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and client expectations.
- Motivated and results oriented person.
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, computer science or business preferred.
Sales professionals will be fully supported by PROGNOZ with marketing materials, access to technical information, presentation assistance and training. We also offer free custom demonstrations of our software to prospects, whereby removing significant barriers to entry. All sales professionals will work remotely and will be provided with the tools necessary to operate a home-based satellite office.

Project Managers / Business Analysts
We offer opportunities for highly technical people who excel at identifying a clients needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. This position will be based in our US headquarters in downtown Philadelphia.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients, often on-site, to understand their business needs.
- Conduct requirements analysis and development.
- Identify and resolve project issues.
- Manage project scope, budget, time-line and associated dependencies.
- Oversee product deployment and client training.
- Engage in the pre-sales cycle as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years experience managing multiple technical projects.
- Proven track record for delivering projects on-time and on-budget while achieving performance milestones and exceeding client expectations.
- Experience with use-case methodologies preferred.
- Excellent Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Motivated and results oriented person.
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, computer science or business preferred.

Internship
We currently seek a motivated and capable intern to work in our US headquarters in downtown Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a focus in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related discipline. This internship will not be solely quantitative in nature and will stress a host of responsibilities including, software demo design, data acquisition and manipulation, client interaction and associated office activities.
