Maximus is an extremely dynamic and complex organization that offers government and industry a range of unique services, products, and solutions.

Maximus is a government contractor with 280 locations that consistently adds and closes offices depending on the length of their contracts. Maximus was in need of a highly scalable system that would allow for expansion. In addition, since some of their work deals with patient records, HIPPA compliance was critical.

Xlibris is a multi-national publisher of online books that has call centers in the Philippines and throughout the US.
