How It Works

Find Me / Follow Me combines two powerful features:

• With Simultaneous Ring, calls to your business phone can ring simultaneously at up to ten additional phones, such as your alternate business and mobile phones.
• With Sequential Ring, calls to your VoIP phone can ring sequentially at up to five additional phones.

Either of these features can be applied to all calls or just to calls from specific phone numbers. You can even link features to a specific time schedule. For example, you could have calls to your business phone ring simultaneously to your mobile phone during normal business hours.

How It Works

When the Remote Office feature is active, all incoming calls to your business phone are intercepted and rerouted to the number of your choice—any direct dial phone in the continental United States.

When you place outgoing calls through the Alteva VoIP Communications Toolbar or User Portal, your calls appear to come from your business office and any long-distance charges will be billed to your Alteva VoIP account.

How It Works

With Alteva's Voicemail as Email feature, you can receive copies of your voicemail messages via email as audio (.wav) file attachments with Caller ID information in the subject line (where available). Alternatively, you can receive an email notice when there is a new voicemail message waiting for you.

How It Works

The Voice Communications Toolbar is a plug-in application that Alteva Business VoIP customers can install on their computers. It enables easy access to calling features directly from Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer.
